ABOUT US

Servez-ça! is an organic artisanal blond beer halfway between the special beer and the  pils. It has a sweet bitterness and is  very refreshing thanks to its aromatic hops which offer citrus flavors such as lime.

It is a high fermentation ale type beer with a content of 5.8%.

Servez-ça! contains only the 4 traditional ingredients of the brewers ie spring water, malts  bios,  hops and yeasts.

No additives, dyes, preservatives or sugars added.  

Our beers are brewed in the Belgian tradition, in ultra modern facilities with a staged brewing process in order to extract the natural sugars of the malts with no use of added sugars.

Refermentation takes place inside the bottle in a hot chamber with finer bubbles obtained naturally after ten days. (Without the addition of carbon dioxide)
